- In order to guarantee the greatest possible peace of mind for our guests, it is strictly prohibited to invite friendsfamily to the establishment.
- Only as many people as are registered at reception can stay in the apartment, takingaccount the selected rate.
- The use of the pool is exclusive for guests. People who are not staying at Roca Verde and, therefore, duly registered at reception cannot enter. Our lifeguard has a daily list of clients and is authorized to make any checks he deems appropriate. Bathing is prohibited when there is no lifeguard and at night.
- Minors require adult supervision to swim in the pool.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring any type of drink packaged in glass to the pool area.
- Make sure your music does not disturb other guests. If you bring music to the pool or common places, use headphones.
- Smoking is not allowed in the pool or inside the apartments, although it is allowed on the terraces. This complies with the laws in force in Spain. - If you are staying on the first floor, jumping off the balcony to access the pool return to the apartment is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to feed cats. - Loss of key costs €60 and loss of white card costs €3.
- Towel changes will take place every 3 days. The sheets will be changed every 5.
- Poolbeach towels are available for loan. A €10 cash deposit per towel is required and will be refunded when the towel is returned.
- Please note that the improvement workworks at Roca Verde Apartments start at 10:00 AM and finish at 17:00 PM from Monday to Friday. During this time, noise and disturbances may occur. Sorry for the inconveniences. Failure to comply with any of the prohibitions mentioned above may result in you being evicted from your apartment without the right to any compensation or refund of payments made.
